Hello before i use and sell something want to make sure that what i want to do is legal. Can i take an image from pixabay, cut out a nonidentifiable human character in it and delete all the background which is most of the photo, change contrast and brightness of human, flip horizontal, rotate and place in a completely different background that is mine not pixabays. Can i sell that as a music album cover? Thanks
