Hi to everyone, I would like to ask two questions, maybe stupid, but although I really tried I could not find an answer so far. Pixabay does not allow hotlinking to the images, this is 100% clear. How about videos? 1. I suppose that since there is a download button, you must download them in order to use them, right? 2. Can the downloaded videos be re-uploaded to sites like YouTube or Vimeo?
