So I was doing some photo manipulations on images I have downloaded from Pixabay to bring them to life a bit (mostly portraits) and they turned out pretty good. Can I upload them to Pixabay once again? Particularly - when agreeing on terms and conditions, can I assure the image is public domain just by relying on the fact that the original uploader confirmed so?Thanks!
