Hello, I want to be sure I can legally use videos to make a short movie as I'm an artist ? It can be shown at some exhibition or maybe film competitionsCan I cut some videos, for exemple just make them shorter, no others modifications ? Do I have to credit someone/something ? Thank's a lot
