I have safe search on, but while searching for images for vibration ( a topic related to teaching about sound), the first sponsored image was a woman in bedroom attire holding a sex toy. While I find Pixabay to be otherwise amazing, I am now hesitant to use your site with my students. Please explain why safe search would allow such an image to be appear.
