Reposting here as directed: Can't understand why my cinemagraph videos were declined (static photos with a single moving element), any insight would be helpful. It currently seems arbitrary, rechecked my image quality, everything checked out, maybe the half static nature of these videos This video below is cinemagraph silhouette of a timelapsed night sky superimposed on a static sunset scene (btw, all my cinemagraph videos were rejected) see link: https://pixabay.com/videos/silhouette-night-cinemagraph-man-23678/ Same with two other videos, This one starts out as an out of focus goose to an in focus shot of the goose as it wandles towards us curious, and eating the grass. This particular clip was used in two montages timed to music and met with great fanfare I found. One of their favorites that I shared with my audiences. Again confused why reject.
