Hi, I want o use an image of a woman face. She is clearly identifiable. However, I want to edit the image (crop out the background) and place it on the cover of an eBook which will be sold on Amazon across the world. The thing is the license has a rule that states: "Don't portray identifiable people in a bad light or in a way that is offensive." I think this means that the image should NOT be edited onto a nude body or as if they are nazis or something... My use would be that she represents the character in the book (who is a murderer). I dont use blood Fx or anything I just have her looking exactly as she is in the original picture surrounded by mist. Would this be OK? Craig
