Hi, I want to confirm my understanding of what is allowed to be used. My boyfriend is making labels for wine that he makes and sells at his winery. Is he allowed to use a cartoon picture for this purpose? Does he have to alter the picture in some way first? I'm not sure I understand what counts as altering. He would be adding words to the picture where the name of the winery and the wine would be. Is that enough? Thanks!
